Many think leadership is about being in charge, but true leadership is about setting an example, inspiring others, and taking responsibility. A leader steps forward to guide but also steps back to listen. It is not about being the loudest voice—it is about standing up for what is right and working toward a shared goal.

I have a medal from the Australian Taekwondo Nationals. It symbolises persistence, resilience, and leadership. Like leadership, it took dedication, patience, and teamwork. But leadership is not about titles or medals. Every student can be a leader—by showing kindness, standing up for others, and making a positive impact.

As we step into 2025, let us face challenges with courage, lift each other up, and make this a year of growth, unity, and success.
