Year 2 exploring Science

The Year 2’s have been busy engaging, exploring and learning all about the components of the solar system, Earth's Moon- and patterns in the sky.

Are we able to predict the phenomena of the moon such as the changing moon phases?

We have started to explore the Sun Shadows and record the position of the sun in the sky throughout the day and how that affects the shadows. Lots of new information. We are looking forward to our visit to the Planetarium next week.
