Prep – Year 2 Cross Country
Last week, we had our Junior Cross Country where our junior school students put in a huge effort participating in their races. Congratulations to all students and thank you to the teachers, staff and parents who came along and supported our little ones!





Met West Regional Track & Field Trials
Good luck to our 12 athletes that will be competing at the regional track & field trials next week, on Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 September.
Indooroopilly students selected to represent the Northern Eagle District Team at the 2025 Metropolitan West Regional Track & Field Trials are Isabella E (4D), Farrah MC (5F), Aaron M (5B), Cassidy M (5C), Madeleine W (5F), Chinyere Aimee I (5D), Chikadibia O (5E), Annabelle P (6I), Leo H (6I), Millie S (6D), Conor WG (5F) and Tony WG (6E).

Interschool Sport update
Thank you to all the teachers who helped interschool sport run smoothly in Week 6, all the students had a great time! Due to the wet weather cancellation last week please note that we will be having interschool sport in Weeks 7, 9 and 10 of this term.

ISS Year 6 Student Shines at International Martial Arts Debut
Yuna L (6F) proudly represented Australia at two back-to-back international Taekwondo competitions held on Gold Coast – the Oceania President’s Cup and Australian Open (14 – 17 August). After her victory at the National Championship in Perth in 2023, Yuna finally became eligible to compete for Australia in the Cadet division (12–14 years) this year.
Competing with athletes from across Australia and around the world, Yuna showed incredible determination and skill, bringing home one silver medal in the team event and one bronze medal in the individual event.
